Step 1: Early Spring Application (February/March)
This broadleaf application allows for early lawn recovery and establishes a barrier to prevent crabgrass and foxtail germination. This treatment will also allow your lawn to green up faster.
Step 2: Late Spring Application (April/May)
This application is a slow release fertilizer plus pre-emergent. It helps in keeping your lawn green and it also helps to control annual grassy weeds such as dandelions, clover, and other broadleaf weeds, along with crabgrass and foxtail.
Step 3: Summer Application (June/July)
This slow release fertilizer and grub control application will give you a green and healthy lawn all summer long. This application helps to prevent grub damage that often occurs in the warmer temperatures of the summer.
Step 4: Fall Application (September/October)
This application is to help your lawn recover and rebuild from the stress of the harsh summer and it will also promote new growth. Along with this fall application, it is a good time to consider aerating and overseeding your lawn. It is also a good time to apply a broadleaf weed control.
Step 5: Winterizer (November/December)
This application is a high nitrogen fertilizer that will establish solid root growth and helps to ensure an early Spring recovery. It aids in the control of weeds in the Spring by delivering essential nutrients that strengthen the turf resulting in a dense, thick stand of grass the following year.
